an argument for Article 9

This is a slide show about what the world could do if we stopped making weapons, and started making education, health care, and a better world for people.

Article 9 is a part of Japan's constitution which revokes the right to go to war, and prohibits the maintenance of a 'normal' military.

I will write more about this in the 'words' section, but for now, wiki and google should tell you more about Article 9 if you like.
